"Bought one last week, and surprisingly, it does not work as it should be. After a couple of read/write data, the flash drive tend to hang/crash."

"Maybe I'm misunderstanding and didn't read the instructions, but the sentence:
"* Please note: Some of the listed capacity is used for formatting and other functions and thus is not available for data storage." was interpreted as; "reformatting will not remove the original software installed on this usb".
- it did, now the usb is half it's size and I can't find the original software available here either. A bit illogical IMO."

"it nice to use, but how come after i have formatted it, the application is lost . I unable to access without the encryption application. my data traveler is 4 gb now become 400mb due to unable to access the encryption"
