Disappointing product Date: January 3, 2009
"The little USB connection slides out of this device and is supposed to click into a locked position. Within a week of using this product, it became impossible to click it. Now I must hold the button firmly while inserting it into the computer's USB port. Extremely inconvenient."

"I would not recommend this drive. I am a nursing student and on two occassions I have tried to save very important documents that were due the next day and they completely disappeared and could not be located or saved at all...they were gone. I had to redo them both right before they were due. This has not been a reliable drive at all due to the fact that I cannot risk losing documents."

"I am not happy with the drive and had to replace it after only 3 months because the button to push the tip out broke and now I have to hold perfectly to put it in my MacBook or the head will retract. It takes me 3 or 4 attempts to get it to go in."

Poor Latch Performance Date: October 21, 2008
"I've got the 8GB model and within two weeks exactly of it's use the latch opening and closing the device malfunctioned now I have to stabilize it with my hand every time I insert the device into any computer. The Plastic material is poor and gets broken easily. The USB performance itself has no Problems once you figure out how to conncet it. I am very dissapointed"
